Well the subject is not at all what I'm going to write about *grin*. I lost 5.8 pounds last week, and I did nothing different (that I can think of) from the previous weeks. But this means I've lost 35 pounds so far and have only 11 more to go before I have realized my main goal. I have discovered I have a lot more excess to lose than I once thought. When I heard the weight I should weigh I was like 'No WAI!' I would be way too skinny. I have discovered otherwise, I can easily lose about another 20 pounds of excess I think.
I am enjoying this journey I began just before Christmas and seeing what I can do when I set my mind to do something!
