Letters:
Bobby: Dear Brando, you've been acting like a douche lately. When you bail on us at the last minute you really hurt my feelings and last week you went all in with a 7-4 offsuit, took all my money and that really sucked.
Kenny: Dear Branden, Since you got named in that Sexy Chicago Listing you've been kinda douchey. When you tried to get me to buy the new Fergie cd it made me feel so lonely. I want you to get better. PS I don't understand your girl jeans.
Mike: Brando, you screened my call, douchebag. You're a really big douche. If you were a superhero you'd be Captain Douchebag. Your superpowers would be screening calls and the ability to wreck any hang, DOUCHE ... and then I drew a picture of you as Captain douchebag... (who's he fighting?) ... that's a giant lizard.
Andy: Brando, why are you being such a lame-o recently? Look at you, look at your hair?! ... Have some cucumbers. (Seacrest comment)
PJ: Ok, that is enough, Brandon come on you're not mean and awful! Why are you acting like this, this isn't you, I mean, look at your belt. LOOOK at it!
Brando: (Looks at it) OMG
PJ: Yes, exactly.

How I'm doing/Main Topic: Weight Watchers
netty2 asked:
How do you like WW? I know you just went today for the first time. I think it's a great realistic program. Do they still have the two programs, points and then the one that's more low-carb? I need to start keeping a food diary.
They still have two programs... I don't know which one I'll do... they both suck in different ways...
I don't know how healthy it is for me to do the second-non point one because you're supposed to be able to eat until your "satisfied"... not full..
1. if I could stop eating before I was full I wouldn't need WW.
2. It doesn't really jive with how I'm supposed to be working with my diabetes....
The point system sucks because I really don't want ONE MORE completely different way of tracking what I eat when I'm not even tracking what I eat for my diabetes.
The meeting was dumb and not very helpful, but then again you're talking to a woman who's been to about 15 diabetic educator meetings so far, completed almost every time with a break down on food portions, options, and a listing of what I should be eating down to the calories, carbs, protein, fat and fiber for each meal. So when they start talking about how one of their mini cookie things is 1 point I want to punch someone in the face because I know that it's one point that I cannot eat. It's just hard to get into the points when I know it's not tailored for what I need.
So, I'm pretty sure I'm not going to stick to a point system but instead use it for motivation and as a weekly check that I'm checking my blood sugars, losing weight, exercising and writing down and monitoring what I eat. My goal is to lose 10% or 21lbs which is what I was in like... early August of last year I think... I've gained 10lbs in the last 6 months... 6 since I've been dating BJ. He says he's been gaining too. We both have good intentions and he's not opposed to eating healthier, it's just having the food around and not being lazy.
My goal this week is to get my blood sugars down, keep to my 1200 calories/day and work out. ... and test multiple times a day... That's all more than I've been doing for months.
My boss may start doing it with me the week after next when she gets back from vacation... that might be cool.
