Movie magic!
I went to see Harry Potter tonight. On Imax even! Yes, I'm slow about going to see movies :) It was enjoyable though, well, except for potty distractions.
I didn't go padded unfortunately. We went with a couple of my roommate's friends and I doubted if I could use it with them there. Especially considering the 45 minute ride to and from the theater; I doubt if they would appreciate the smell of pee.
I didn't think about this when I ordered the ginormous diet coke when we went in. I was just thirsty and figured I'd be good for the 2 hours or so of the movie. About halfway through the movie though, my bladder started hurting. And got worse, and worse, and worse. Man, I kept wishing I was diapered and could just go right there. It hurt. A lot. Once the movie was over, then I had to wait behind sloooow old people walking down the stairs. Owie!
Since I hadn't seen the movie before, I didn't want to miss anything by going out to the bathroom. Plus we were right in the middle of the row and had lots of people on either side of us, so it would have been difficult to get in and out. Boy oh boy did I want diapers.
I'm thinking of going to see Spiderman 2 there as well, but going padded. Heavily padded. And getting another ginormous drink.
