June 6: Olympia Comics Festival… (Not in the Seattle area, but driving distance).
June 11: I Heart Comic Art café art show opening reception…
June 12: Jon Morris book release party and exhibition, “The League of Regrettable Superheroes,” 6pm at Urban Light Studios…
June 13: Greg Stump and Koren Shadmi signing and exhibition…
June 13: Opening of “What’s Up, Doc? The Animation Art of Chuck Jones” at the EMP.
June 20-21: Weekend Comics Intensive Workshop at Gage... David Lasky, instructor.
June 20: CNW’s Toonie Awards Banquet, w/ guest speaker Roberta Gregory.
June 29: Book release party for Greg Stump’s “Disillusioned Illusions,” 7pm, Richard Hugo House…
June 30: Deadline for the Short Run self-publishing grant (also the Short Run tabling deadline)…
July 11: Autobio Comics class begins at Richard Hugo House, runs for 6 Saturdays. Instructors; Greg Stump and David Lasky.
July 11-12: Clallam Bay Comic Con, w/ guests Roberta Gregory and Linda Medley. (Not in the Seattle area, but driving distance).
July 15: Anders Nilsen and Marc Bell at Ada’s Technical Books…
