heya just surfed over from xepher's LJ. Looks good man. Love making rissottos for meals. One question: how come your rissotto is brown in colour? was it because of the mushrooms?
ahh i see. I normally use button mushrooms and chicken stock for my rissotto so it normally turns out yellowish as i add tumeric or curry powder to it. :)
