Yes, now there are three. We picked up third kitty this evening. Her name is Amy and she is, as advertised, a very sweet pretty little kitty. She's grey with eyes so large you'd swear she was an anime character.
We've had her here about a half hour now and so far, so good. Mina and her are occasionally facing off and making growly sounds at each other but nothing too serious. She's used the litter box and is now sitting under the dining room table, mostly just looking around. Teddy doesn't care. He's sitting in the middle of the living room, paying no attention and looking at me with a "Yeah, whatever...say, got any catnip?" expression on his face.
Amy seems to be in pretty good shape for a 15 year old cat. She can hop up easily onto chairs and walks around with no sign of arthritis or any difficulty at all. She meows now and then but is not noisy. (I expect there will be the usual first night in a new home meowling when we go to bed though, but that'll pass.) I also think she may be deaf, or at least hard of hearing. Snapping my fingers or clapping my hands behind her head elicits no response at all. Of course she could just be busy concentrating on other things. She's had a pretty stressful few days.
