Chloe looked up from her laptop and towards the kitchen when she heard him, "I'm in here." She called from the living room.

It was nice that Oliver was finally able to walk around and move around without a lot of pain, he had been miserable and irritated in the past couple of weeks, not that she blamed him, but she hated seeing him like that.

He set his coffee mug down on the counter and headed into the living room, offering her a smile. "Morning," he said, sitting down beside her and pressing a kiss to her cheek.

"Morning," she smiled at him and set her laptop down on the other side of the couch before linking her arm with his, "how are you feeling?"

Oliver smiled warmly at her, lifting his other hand to her face. "Good. Did you sleep okay?" he asked.

Smiling, she nodded at him, "I'm glad I'm not the only one." She kissed him once more then took a deep breath, "okay, lets go get ready."

"Or a better idea. We let the guys move all your stuff while we spend the day in bed," he said with a wide grin, raising his eyebrows.

She shook her head and smiled, "we've had this conversation, the guys aren't going anywhere near my underwear," smirking softly, she shrugged, "besides, I thought you were tired of being in bed?"

"Tired of being in bed doing nothing," he emphasized, smirking. "But you've got a point. I don't want Bart near your underwear either."

He smiled at her for a moment longer. "You up to driving?" he asked, moving over to the dresser to get his car keys. Truthfully, the idea of spending a lot of time with Davis made him a little uncomfortable for more than a couple of reasons, but he knew he couldn't hold him responsible for actions that had been caused by a Kryptonian monster. It wasn't, after all, him.

But he would do it, because he knew Chloe wanted to help the guy, and he just wanted to make her happy.

Nodding, she held her hand out for his keys, "yeah, probably better if I do, anyway."

He nodded in agreement, dropping them into her hand without hesitation.

She moved the keys to her other hand and held her hand out to him again, "ready?"

"Ah, somehow I doubt that. Although I may have had to tie you down." At that, he lifted an eyebrow, a smirk forming on his face. "On second thought that could be fun."

She laughed, cocking her head a little and stepping closer to him as they walked to the car, "is that so?"

"Or you could tie me down. I'm good either way." He grinned brightly as he opened the passenger side door and climbed inside, grimacing slightly as the movement pulled at his stitches.

Frowning softly as she caught his reaction once she also got in the car, she nodded, "the tying up will have to wait a while longer."

She held on to his arm, helping him up and watching him carefully before raising her eyebrows, "how do you suggest we celebrate, Mr. Queen?"

"Hmm. Dinner and a movie?" he suggested, glancing at her sideways. "You can pick the place and the movie."

After locking the car, she linked her arm with his as they started towards the elevator, "movie at home or at a theater?" She didn't know if he would be comfortable sitting for two hours at a movie theater, but at the same time, she knew he wanted to get out as much as he could.

He grimaced a little at the thought of sitting in one of the movie theater seats. "Maybe the couch," he said with a soft sigh.
