Chloe raised her eyebrows, a little surprised but smiled softly back at him.

"I was just thinking that Clark is a lucky guy." He smiled back at her.

She frowned a little, cocking her head, "why?"

He paused, his eyebrows furrowing a little. The frown on her face told him a story that he didn't want to hear and brought up a word that he didn't think should come to mind when someone thought of her. Under-appreciated.

"Well, it must be nice to have you around all the time. Help him stay on track." He watched her intently.

"Oh," she shrugged a little, the frown had mostly been because Chloe didn't want Oliver thinking less of himself because he was comparing himself to Clark for some reason, so now she smiled softly, "well it's a part of the sidekick services I offer and they are extended to you and the boys too."

He smiled back at her, but his eyes remained serious. "You know that whole term is just an affectionate nickname, right? You're a lot more than a sidekick. To all of us."

"I know." She told him sincerely, smiling and crossing her legs over the couch, "you'd be nothing without me," she teased.

He chuckled involuntarily, a broad smile on his face. "Plus, who would play strip poker with me?" he teased, laughter dancing in his eyes as he nudged her lightly with his shoulder.

Chloe laughed and nodded, raising her eyebrows, "I'm guessing you could talk Bart into it if you offered him enough food?"

He smirked at her. "You're probably right, but he's not nearly as pretty as you are." He winked at her and rose to his feet. "I think I'm gonna grab that coffee now. Want more?" he asked, picking up her empty mug off the table.

She smiled and shook her head a little, leaning back against the couch, "sounds good."

He headed into the kitchen, pouring coffee into her mug and some into another. He stirred sugar and cream in hers and carried them back to the living room. "Here you go."

Chloe smiled up at him and nodded, "thank you." she took the coffee and sipped on it, sighing happily, "it's so good."

"Guess I know how you like it, Sidekick." A smirk tugged at his lips.

She raised her eyebrows and smirked at his innuendo, "not bad, boss."

"I don't get complaints," he said cheerfully, sitting down beside her again and taking a drink of the coffee.
