Intervention

I was hunting for Barney/Robin and almost fell out of this episode. I have to stop hunting and enjoy the trip. The various interventions were interesting, and I just love it when they tell stories through the show. I like that particular (overarching) story-telling tool.

And finally, the scene in 2009! Where Ted is clearly NOT married to Stella. And Barney/Robin look... extra buddy buddy? Evil writers... they know where the mind is jumping...:D

Angels and Monsters

First, the WTF Moment: Hiro killed Ando?! Are you kidding me?! That's INSANE!!! Also, we know he's going to come back somehow, and I'm going to be pissed off because the writers have completely dismissed the meaning of death. Death meant something when it happened in Season 1: Isaac was gone, Simone was gone, and they never came back.

Secondly, I actually enjoyed the nuance of Claire's piece of the story. Where she hunts down a bad guy to find that he isn't all that bad. Instead she comes face to face with the evil in her own father. Luff contradictions. :D

I also liked the vortex dude. He was genuinely cool and his power was genuinely awesome. (If they choose to bring him back, I vote yes.) Why are all the minor characters always the ones getting killed off properly? I remember reading once that Heroes was really supposed to have a continously cycling cast of characters, but people liked the characters in Season 1 so much (and I can't blame them) that they brought ALL of them back...

Daphne turning out to have a vision of Linderman in her own head was also kind of cool. It connects her to Nathan... and the appearance of Mr. Petrelli. Where did he come from? Why isn't he dead? And what's his power?

Mohinder's story line still sucks big time.

But having Adam Monroe back is also pretty awesome.

I need more time to watch 30 Rock. Tina Fey is TEH AWESOME.
