Is it weird that I want to win the lottery so I can buy a haunted house?

No, seriously.

I fell in love with Savannah last week, while there on a conference, and decided that next summer I'm going to take the kids there (we've been to Charleston 4 times, it's time for something new). Then I thought about renting a house in the historic district because that's what I adored about the place, and there are lots of reasonably priced rentals.

Then I saw the "For Sale" section and I took a peek. The Hampton-Lillibridge house is for sale. For only 2.8 million.

This is supposed to be one of the most haunted houses in Savannah. (http://www.crimelibrary.com/notorious_murders/classics/hampton-lillibridge/photo_1.html)

For fans of "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil", this is Jim Williams' real house, not the one they filmed for the movie. So...haunted historical house. Only 2.8 million. Hmmmm. I wonder if I could get T.A.P.S. to visit....
