Dear Yuletide Santa
First of all, thank you for offering to write a story for me! I'm sure I'll love whatever you write. These are just some suggestions, in case you need inspiration.
First, in general: I prefer happy endings. I like h/c but more comfort than hurt. I really, really dislike character death, partner betrayal, and rape/noncon, although I don't mind kinky games with characters playing at non-con. My underage limit is 15/16, and I have no problem with older guys together with younger guys. I'm kinky but you don't have to be. Boy Meets Boy - I fell in love with this comic in the early days and I remember waiting eagerly for each installment. So it probably goes without saying that I'm a Harley/Mik shipper. Anything with them in it before the breakup, or during/after their commitment would be fine with me - I prefer happy to angsty. What I would really adore, if you feel so inclined, would be the retelling of their meeting and first time together. From Eroica with Love - This is my second-newest fandom and I would love just about anything in it: gen mission, romantic interlude, PWP - I'm easy! I'm a Dorian/Klaus shipper, so I don't want to read about them with someone else in a romantic way, but I'm also happy with Dorian pursuing the Major without catching him. Possible ideas (left-over from last year): 1) Klaus is injured in the middle of a mission and when he wakes up, he thinks he's Eroica. Eroica has to pretend to be Klaus in order to complete the mission - and help Klaus recover his memory. 2) Klaus' father is visiting Klaus and is determined that before he returns home, he'll see Klaus engaged - or else! Dorian comes to the rescue (cross-dressing optional).
Lewis - I'm an old Inspector Morse fan, and I watch (and re-watch) this new series regularly. I love both Lewis and Hathaway, and I would like any kind of story with them: it can be a case, it can be an off-duty moment between them, it can be a romance. Gen or slash are both fine with me - no overt het, please, although I don't mind references to their past romances as long as that isn't the focus of the story. Possible ideas: 1) When Lewis asked Hathaway if he was gay, he didn't really answer. We know that when Will talked to him, he thought being gay was wrong, but has his opinion changed? 2) More about Hathaway in the seminary, 3) parallel story about Lewis and Morse in the past, and now Lewis and Hathaway - could be a case that crosses both time periods, or it could be a past romance and a current one.
Lord John Grey - this is my newest fandom and I am pretty much up for anything as long as John is in it. I am a big fan of this period in history, feel free to play with it as much as you like - war campaigns or London scenes, I don't care. I'm pretty happy with you shipping him with anyone who makes sense except Fraser and the jerk from Hellfire club, although what I think would be really amusing would be a crossover with a character from another fandom: book, movie, TV show, whatever. You don't have to stick with the time-line around the books - I would love to see him as a young man discovering his preference, or years down the road when he is possibly settled with a (discreet) lover. Romance, adventure, H/C, angst, historical - anything is great!
