400ish miles of Wyoming today, with some Utah at the start, and some Nebraska at the end. We figured at first that eastern Nevada was the middle of nowhere, but Nebraska stepped up to the challenge by sending actual honest-to-god tumbleweeds across the highway ahead of us. It wins.
Wyoming was actually halfway decent. Nice mesas at the start (or was that Utah still?). Free car wash (rain). Halfway varied landscape. Angry people using the bathroom with writing utensils ready:
Lefties Righties stop ruining my damn country!
What do you call Rush Limbaugh on Oxycontin?
An Oxymoron!
Still smarter than you, asshole!
Anyway -
planned route vs
actual route thus far. Still ahead of schedule, give or take, but only thanks to yesterday.
My back has settled into a persistent ache/stiffness that doesn't seem to be getting any worse. The same can't be said for my ass/legs/neck, which are killing me. And I don't even want to think about the sperm count. (Sitting in car seat all day = lose.)
