So I messed up my lower back and groin area in Hapkido a few weeks back. Muscles or ligaments or something - I don't know, I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow.
I skipped classes for a couple of weeks (mostly due to being sick), but it's not really improving, so I figured maybe some exercise would help. Trouble is, the cup presses on some of the injured muscles (ligaments/tendons/whatever) so I had to forgo it.
Grappling with a cup is very different from grappling without.
Good thing to keep in mind.
Now where's that ice?
