Title: Just Call It Coffee Author: knightshade Rating: PG Spoilers: Season 5 up to Between Two FiresDisclaimer: I don’t own them. They’d outsmart me and escape my clutches anyway if I did. See MGM, Gekko and a host of others

And poor Daniel and poor Sam. Maybe Jack doesn't chase floosies cos he has those two as examples of what can happen.
But yeah, painful for the both of them. And I grieve for the Tollan. I loved Narim, he was such a sweety. I just wish SG-1 would stumble across survivors at some point.
Wonderfully written as always :D I have to say it is great to sit down and read a Shadific again.
But I don't think Sam or Daniel chase floosies either. They've just had some bad luck.
Yeah, I miss the Tollan. That was such a painful ending for them. For Narim especially. I've got another one I'm working on that's set in Between Two Fires. It's one of my favorite episodes.
They're so cute together and they are both cursed but they can understand each other and joke about it anyway and I love the joking at the end. So cute.
(also, stories like this always make me sad because I know Meridian is coming)
Ahhh. Somehow I missed this and never thanked you for the comment. Sorry. And thank you for the rec. *blushes*
They are just so very cute together. And yes, Meridian was on my mind in writing this. I do feel Sam probably had a pretty tough year when Daniel was gone.
Hey, how did I miss this until abyssinia4077 pointed it out?
Poor Sam and Daniel and their curses. The ending was just perfect.
This was the line that just got me. Echoing Sam's mood throughout a lot of the fic. "There was something sad in his voice and Sam wondered, not for the first time, if he found his job disheartening at times. Always picking through the wreckage of destroyed civilizations."
It says as much about her state of mind as it gives insight about Daniel's.
Aw, that was sweet and sad, and the just perfect amount of comforting there to make up for it. Sam and Daniel do go through an awful lot. It's a good thing they always have each other.
