And Sunday was a church.
Woke up and the first kitty of the day I saw was Snowball, I swear the look he gave me was: "Oh, you're still hear" of course, javabill is probably right and Snowball most likely wanted to plop down on my stomach and sleep.
There was more than enough coffee, good as always, and those precious moments spent on the back porch. Biscuit (still haunted) snuck in between the shower curtains, while I was showering, and startled me. Why is it he seems less haunted when he is in there?
I swear I was not lying, thisrabbit when I said I was so happy to see you actively involved with Liberty's education. I've seen enough elementary school students where it is obvious that they are not getting any support at home. I hate that the work you and Bill put in is not the standard, but I love that Liberty is cared for and that it shows.
Thank you for the weekend, thank you for letting me into your house for the weekend.
I left for queenmab2's house after noon, and after Libby and I were read to (meow!).
As I drove down 290 to get on 495 everything felt familiar, the drive, the people, the way the sky looked. I was dead serious in my last post, Worcester feels like a home.
I could live there
At the party Geekery ensued, grilled food was eaten, conversation was abundant and Munchkin was played ( I left warly to see the team off). Sometimes I DO need an afternoon of talk centered around comic books, gaming, Star Wars and the geekier parts of my life.
I had a great time AND
belated Happy Birthday queenmab2!!!!!!
I then saw Team Awkward off with the rest of the Poets Asylum.
That was a great evening. I love the team this year (liked last year's too) you just about sparkle, in a special Worcester sort of way.
Best of luck to Erin, Bobby, urbanitus, badgary and coach dokuritsu at the Austin Nationals.
Go Team Awkward!
