If you weren't in the audience (or cast/crew) of FASS on Satuday night, you missed more that just a show. :)
Stephen proposed on stage right after audience warmups, and of course I said yes. Well, technically, I couldn't speak, but I indicated yes. I had absolutely no clue at all that it was coming, even though (looking back) there were several things that should have alerted me. I'll blame being so busy with FASS. Actually, I won't blame it, I'll thank it... surprises are so awesome!
It was super-surreal, I felt very floaty (and could hardly remember the moves for the opening dance) and couldn't wipe the smile off my face but made it through the show, strike, and strike party somehow. :) The proposal is actually on tape (from two different angles, thanks Josh & Nadia) but not posted anywhere yet.
Really excited to start planning stuff (we're thinking August because I have a whole month off between terms this year... exams end on Aug 15th and fall classes start on Sept 14) and I'd appreciate any useful websites/books from my married/engaged compatriots, if you feel like sharing.
