I have been down here outside of Philly for about a month now. I miss home even though I just visited this past weekend. I have learned a lot so far at Ferguson and I like the Philly area. Growing up is hard to do. All of a sudden, your on your own and I know that things aren't the way you hoped they would be. I know things are starting slow, but you WILL NOT FAIL. YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FAIL. You have a stronger work ethic than most people will ever be able to understand. Fergeson knows that. That is why they moved you four hour away to work for them. That move and that dedication makes you look stronger to them. The fact that Kevin quit and you didn't makes you look stronger. The face that you have moved into your own apartment and are willing to do whatever they ask shows that your stronger. They know you are an adult and willing to work your ass off. Fergeson knows that.

As far as being away from everyone here...we all miss you. There is no doubt. But we all love you and are so proud of you for making your dreams come true.
