OC Remix hits Pirate Online (Read)
Hey kids, what's goin' on? Guess what? OC Remix hits Pirate Online tonight. There will be a special game music night only tonight. I'll be playing alot of OC Remix music (if you dont know what it is, read at the very bottom*) and other awesome Nintendo/Sega/Xbox/Dreamcast and other gaming platform music. The pure energy and fun that's placed in these remixes are enough to make any gaming fan hard/wet. I suggest tuning in if you never have before to Pirate Online. No set time is about yet for when this is to take place, but you can always grab contact info I'll place at the very bottom of this update.
Pirate Online is also looking for two new DJ's. You must have a good connection of 128k and higher. No 56k or low connections will be accepted. Reason why is, if you get alot of listeners (ie., 20 or more) a good connection is going to come in handy. I remember trying to DJ when I was a 56k user. I got ONE listener max. And they still had a shit time listening. A large playlist is good also, 1000 songs or more. This leaves a good choice of music to request from your listeners. If you're not aware, SHOUTcast only handels MP3 and WAV formats. NO wma's what-so-ever. Past experiance is good also.. I'm not Tech Support and if you cant figure out how to download and use the software for Winamp to broadcast, we dont need you. No offence :D
But like I said. Tune in tonight if you never have, and if you have, tune in anyway. This is sure to be a kick ass night. If you're within the USA or willing to pay long distance, you can call in and get your voice on the air. Few people have done it, and it all turned out nicely.
Now, contact information to get the URL for the session tonight. By the way, you have to have either.. Winamp,Real Media,Quicktime, or Musicmatch Jukebox in order to listen. Winamp is reccomended, all the other shit doesnt work as good.
