Ally has a cool program for it. I have one too but it dosent have the effects.

I use this program called Jasc Animation Shop,
It came free with Jasc Paint Shop Pro ^_^

It's very easy to use, you can probably find it to download at like www.download.com or something!

P.S. There are most likely a lottttt better ones out there cause this one doesn't do too much, but if you just want to put pictures in a sequence it's good!
