well, at least the delay is my fault this time.
the automotive saga continues. Realized last Friday that this week was going to be full of chaos and that I wasn't going to be able to also fit in the court date (small claims action) with everything else. Now we have a date with Mercury's rep and the kid on the 24th of March :P
Well, maybe the insurance company will come up with a better option in the meantime. I am still a bit miffed that their guy called to ask me if "there was anything he could do" in order to avoid this going to court. Dumbass, if you had read the letters I've sent (which he had) then I must assume you're asking a rhetorical question. I already offered several options that would avoid this outcome. At least have the decency to offer *something* in return, not just repeat the same BS to me :P
