I could make a case for prosecuting every President from at least FDR onward. My feeling is that if it is only Bush (and his administration) which is prosecuted, you are talking about a witch hunt rather than a true desire to punish the guilty. And, no, I'm not talking about Clinton's peccadilloes.

I actually felt like Krugman was in full Bush Derangement Syndrome in that particular rant. He's definitely talking out his ass on several of the items he complains about.
