Buying the ticket was easy. Downloading the music is another story. I cut and pasted the 12 digit number, and by accident incuded the period at the end. It told me I had the wrong number. I tried it again without the period and then it said I had already downloaded it the maximum number of times. I emailed their customer service, haven't heard back but it's only been 10 minutes or so. I'll see how it goes, it's late Saturday night, so I don't expect to hear back until Monday.
Just an update, while I didn't expect a response until Monday, they responded to me at 10:30 Saturday morning. They said "Unfortunately, this is a common problem we are having with Internet Explorer. They put up the warning about the download and our system has already recorded the download as redeemed." However, they reset my transaction and told me how to get the download if Explorer did it's thing again. They were very responsive. See you tonight, though you'll probably be too busy to see me, because as Nancy Walker in her big screen directing debut reminded us you "Can't Stop the Music."

From a consumer point of view, how was the ticket buying experience? Were you able to download your music easily?
Thanks for your support!
