General Description:
The house is about 100 years old, baby blue shingles, and in quite good condition. Its one block from tempelton pool-and park and two blocks from the adanac-union bike route.
We occupy the second and third floors. and the first floor is inhabited by two people in a self contained suite. we sometimes see them, but our spaces are separte. we both share the laundry and dryer tho (which are provided as part of the rent!) The second (main floor), has hard-woodfloors, 10 foot ceilings, a large kitchen and a medium sized-living room. there are three bedrooms on the main floor and one on the third. The third floor has the room which is up for rent.
The room for rent:
- south and noth facing windows
- largest room in house
- lowish celing (you can stand up in it as long as you are under 6'1 feet
- quirky design
- so much storage it is incredible there are 4 sets of large built-in-into the wall cabinets
- long and narrow dementions
- easy access to upper balcony (with clear view of the mountians)
- rent: 425
