Just talked to Donald on the phone. It took them 6 hours to traval 60 miles on I10 out of Houston. They are turning around and heading back into the city. I gave them a time frame of two hours. Because as of 3pm this afternoon TXDOT is going to suspend all inbound traffic, and make it 4 lanes for the evacuees. Be safe guys!
I Just got back from a news conference. Needless to say, I will be working overtime this weekend at KJCS preparing and distributing reports. I don't mind it much since I'm helping people!
