Aw. ^_^ By then, of course, I'd hope to have a bunny suit made up, too. ^_^ Not that you need a costume at a furcon, but it's definitely an aspect of a con I'm especially fond of, both being in the fur, and seeing everyone else's creations.. just so much fun! (Not sure what style(s) to go with, though - if I make the head myself, I'm quite comfortable with foam carving, but for the ease of getting out and about at a con, I'm more inclined to see what patch_bunny and I can come up with sometime, making a mask along the lines of his two buns, using vacuuformed plastic - means it's quite close-fitting, so it'd be great for a more realistic style bunny, and with very good vision)

Oh, I see, yes! Ack! That's rather a needless denial by said "guard", but as you say, the ability to wash ought to've been thought of with a con suite.. still, I suppose it's All Change next year anyway. ^_^; Hopefully it'll be a smooth transition - so difficult to tell. ConFurence changed a few times, and the range of receptions offered by the staff was quite remarkable, with the Atrium Marquis being far and away the best bunch, really getting into the swing of things, whilst the Red Lion were rather more stuffy. That said, it was almost worth it, just to have an Amway convention going on at the same time. =:D Have you seen the new place? Can't say it rings any bells, but then, I tended not to have much reason to linger in downtown San Jose, other than transferring between the 180 from Fremont to the light rail back to the warren.

Does Zebra Mike have a website I can enjoy? A bit of googling didn't really seem to turn up anything. I'd love to include a link and photos (that one of Jovino, if that's okay with him, too!) in an LJ entry - such shiny work needs to be shared! ^_^

Oh, absolutely no question about it! Perhaps you've got a Flickr gallery or somesuch? I'd love to post a link or two in/on (hm. Which is it?) my LJ, even aside from just enjoying the shiny furriness. At least, in the meantime, there's always SL.. a very affordable means of achieving such ends, too, with catsuits costing around 35¢. =:)

Cute icon, btw - is that your handiwork on the mask as well? Reminds me a bit of the vacuuformed masks patch_bunny's made a couple times, with similar results - much better vision than most carved foam heads, such as Red's, and permitting a more realistic look. Probably a bit fiddlier to put on, though? With a foam head, it's simply *shtonk* on and done. But so well worth it, I imagine. ^_^

sure, post away! I agree, it's a seriously adorable suit that should be seen! (and if you were to also link to bunnywarez we would be happy bunnies indeed.)
