Goals

With a title like that, you might think this is some deep entry full of lofty goals for the future.  It's not.

I'm $100 into my goal of reaching about $400 for my first trip to California. These damn cross country trips are expensive.  I'm pretty sure they're gonna be more frequent, until it ends with a one-way somewhere down the road.

So if anyone has some website development, cabling, electrical wiring, minor construction, medium level demolition...

Steve and I both have insanely busy schedules, and being 3 timezones away, we tend to txt a lot.  Some of the last few have made me even more determined to get out there.

• "lol cool, I have a question for ya, would you be ok with us making the bedroom a normal one? We could get a big comfy bed then and we'd have *message clipped* r our clothes and stuff"

I'm all for it of course. Between the two of us and the extensive wardrobes, we're gonna need a "normal" (ish) space to function during the week. Besides, it'd be a tight squeeze with Steve, a polar bear, a penguin and me...

• "Haha ok! I can't wait for our first ikea trip."

Ok, wow. He's thinking about this sort of stuff. It's not just some wish on a distant star, it's real.

I damn near cried when I got this one. I probably would have if I hadn't been on I-95 at the time.
