Today I got all the necessary cabling to hook up all three projectors simultaneously. One in my kitchen aimed at the office window (screen right), one in front of my coffee table aimed at my living room/balcony window (screen center) and one on a chair in my closet aimed at my bedroom window (screen left). This is what the whole setup looked like

Yup, same source. Signal flow: composite video on BNC from PowerBook into a 5-way distribution amp, S-video out of the distro, converted to 50-foot runs of Cat5 cable via baluns, then back to S-video at each projector.

I'm watching Final Fantasy: Advent Children on it right now, and it's gorgeous.

If I didn't have to give my buddy his projectors back after this gig, I would *so* keep this rig up permanently.

Does he really need the three back? Clearly you need them more for all three windows.

Hehe, only three? I actually have four (one for an emergency swap if needed).

And yeah, given that they represent about $4000 (which is still cheap in projector world, mind you) of his property, I think I'll give them back if he wants them. If he's cool with me "storing" them, however... ;-)
