My favorite albums released in 2007 (in no particular order), with standout tracks noted:
1. Nine Inch Nails Year Zero ("Zero Sum", "The Good Soldier")
2. Information Society Synthesizer ("The Seeds Of Pain", "Burning Bridges")
3. Destroid Loudspeaker ("As The World Turns", "Revolution") note: this is the album Rotersand wishes they'd put out this year, instead of that piece of shit "1023". Just saying.

7. Combichrist What The Fuck Is Wrong With You People? ("All Your Bass Belongs To Us", "Shut Up And Swallow")

PS: The new Reaper EP "The Devil Is Female" would be awesome if it weren't for the godawful lyrics/vocals. There's some great beats and excellent production, plus awesome remixes by Grendel and Distatix -- but the lyrics are insipid and the vocal delivery is stiffer than a pedophile in a daycare center. Two thumbs down, unless I can get a hold of the original multitracks, mute the vocal tracks, and bounce it to disk as an instrumental... in which case it'd make my top ten.
