Help Me...Help Them...
I don't know how many of you are familiar with the Southern region of the United States?
It's been a harsh Spring already. Many of our neighbors; friends, families, and loved ones have been affected by terrible storms that have erased years of hardwork. Several of these individuals do not have homeowners' or renters' insurance, so the devestation that they have suffered is particularly crippling.
A group of wonderful people have come up with a plan to aid those touched by the wrath of the recent storms. Much like communities that have helped Haiti, Chilie, and Japan, helpthesouth has set up an auction comm for whatever you like- fic, food, art, music, you name it they've got it.
Yours truly has tossed her hat in the ring under the fic offerings. I've listed fandoms and pairings, but should you want something not listed that I've written before, let me know and I'll make a special concession just for you. Just bid. There are several choices, with bids as low as $5. So please help.
