What a GREAT Weekend!
Yea so .. I went back home to nyc for the weekend .. havin fun as usual. On sunday I decided to call up one of my childhood friends. He was havin a little party thing goin on in his house so I went to visit him and I met this amazing girl there. Her name is Shannon (no not you cause i know you're reading this lol.) This one lives in bensonhurst but hangs out a lot by dyker and bay ridge. Well .. i met her and we started talkin and drinkin. She was tryin to smoke but i wouldnt let her so i guess she liked the fact that i cared .. but later that night i basically told her i liked her and she did too! So she was basically like .. so you wanna go out? I was like of course but the only problem was that i can only be here on the weekends cause i work in virginia but she was cool with that! So later that night i drove her home and we kissed and all. The next day i took her out but she had to go back to my friends house cause she left her sneakers there and when she got back she told me that my friends little sister told her that she didnt want her goin out with me and shannon said to her .. its not even like that we're just friends for now. Now before i go on about what she said .. heres what happen the rest of the day ..
So that day i took her out to eat and then we decided to go play pool so i she called her cuz and sis to come along and i called up one of my boys .. so we're playin pool and we're all havin a good time. She was flirtin with me and would ask me a couple of times if i was ok .. maybe cause i missed a couple of shots lol .. I even asked my friend if he thought she liked me and he was like yeah! .. so then that night i took her home and we kissed and all that good stuff. Then that night i had to drive back to virginia and she calls and leaves a voicemail sayin 'jus wanted to see how you were doin .. i was thinkin about you .. hope you have a safe trip .. etc'.
I called her up while i was drivin and we talked for a lil bit and she was like she definately wants to hang out this weekend when i drive back. Now .. ive been tryin to call her since tuesday. She doesnt have a cellphone .. she has a beeper. I beeped her a couple of times and left a voicemail couple a times. I even called her cuz up and she was like .. 'sometimes she doesnt get reception so you gotta leave a voicemail.'
Now .. i dont know if she is ignoring me or somethin. Maybe she didnt get my voicemessages? Maybe she lost her beeper? I dunno .. all i know is that i really like this girl. Shes definately a keeper. I know i only been with her for 2 days but .. we talked a lot and we have sooo much in common. She even said so herself. But it would just hurt when you like someone so much and then you cant get in touch with them. I just get all these ideas in my head like .. 'what if shes just ignoring me' .. 'what if she doesnt really wanna be with me' .. stuff like that. I mean .. if she liked me .. wouldnt she make an effort to call me too? Can weekend relationships actually work?
