Turtles, turtles, and also more turtles

The new set up, right after I plopped the turtles in.
Eris is in the water, Loki on the turtle dock
seriously, Eris is big. The white patches on her hind webbing is where the damage was/is. It goes up the inside of her legs as well, but it looks to be healing rather nicely. She will be getting topical medication daily, and I will be cleaning this mammoth tank quite often to keep the water quality high.

You can see Eris' short stubby nails in this pic. Easiest way to gender a turtle is checking the nails. Males have long elegant looking ones, females short. The other option involves messing with their tails and is not as easy :)
