Heh - I'm making a birthday cake today. I'm very very happy to do it because it's for my darling poo-poo-butt crazy man fritzfreleng and he deserves every yummy bite.

The thing is... I offered to make a carrot cake... and I've never made a carrot cake before. Hmmm... maybe that wasn't my smartest move.

Ah well - once more unto the breach, my friends... I'll let you know how it turns out. :)
