(no subject)
I almost hate going out to parties now because I can just see the jealousy on everyone's faces. To their credit, however, hating me because I'm better looking is the best reason to hate me.
The past few nights (well, ok just one night) has gone really well, which I attribute to a valuable lesson. Clearly this year has taught me no matter what I do, the people I try to be there for end up getting mad at me. It says something about mankind.
OH! Hahahaha, that reminds me of the old joke Brandon once wrote on the board in high school (this is before I even knew him):
*To truly understand mankind, we will break the word down into 2 parts. It stems from the words "mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It is a mystery, and so is mankind.
Alright, so he ripped it off of deep thoughts from Saturday Night Live. But as Krusty the clown so astutely points out, everyone steals their gigs from everyone. What Simpsons episode doesn't have a moral?
Oh, right. The whole mankind thing. I just wanted to say if you spend your time helping people, who will help you? NO ONE. But I realized my random thoughts were more interesting than trying to write an entry conveying some deep moral, and therefore I abandoned the whole purpose of the entry. I'm pretty sure you've just read pure ADD.
ps- does anyone else feel the urge to drop out of college and spend their tuition money touring the country? I just figure try and split the cost of gas...
