modern dance
I'm an apprentice in USM's Modern Dance Company now. So, that'll be interesting. I'm excited of course, but at the same time, I'm wondering if I really should have done that...I might have actually had a chance for "Into the Woods." Then again, I've never done anything like this, and who knows, maybe it's more fun than musicals! I hope so! I'll atleast be in Robert's piece because he already told me, heh.
And maybe I'll make a move on Adam Myrick now that I'm in Company with him...WAHAHAHA!
For the last 15 minutes of German class, we just talk in German. Well, today Dr. Odom quized the people whom he thought were good German speakers. He asked the 3 people who've actually been to Germany about their experiences, and then he asked me about my experience. I told him that I'd never been, and he asked me where I learned to speak German, and I told him in HS. I actually understood most of his questions...which is good...but my responses were like 2 words at a time, and I think he knows that I suck now. And the really shitty part is that I gave him my Foreign Language Evaluation thing for the University of Bonn just after that.
That's OK though...there are only 3 people applying, and they'll most likely send all 3 of us. And I met the girl today, Melissa, and she's really nice. I told her that I'll studying German probably ALL summer before I go, and she said that she'll be in Mexico all summer...so I wonder how many freaking languages she knows!
