An update from work
What have I been up to? I think the general answer is "Not enough work!"
I have assignments coming out of my ears but can't seem to find the drive to do any of them.
Otherwise things are well. I'm going to Rochester tonight to see friends and to do research at the George Eastman House. I went to a fun party at James' last Saturday, and I went to the AGO wine and cheese event on Friday. Laurabeth and I looked at a hot new loft downtown that I think she'll most likely get. I helped Jennie put up her Christmas tree, and I've been putting up nothing BUT Christmas Trees while volunteering at the Roberson Museum.
Janet was in town this past few days, so I played pool with her and we went out to a fab Chinese buffet.
Yesterday we had a heated AGO meeting about departmental funding, and I'd never seen one of our meetings be so passionate.
Thanksgiving in a week ... I can't wait. I'm going to stuff myself silly.
