Hello diehard friends. I know I almost never use this space. But I thought I should let those of you who are not aware already that I am going to have bariatric surgery tomorrow. This is is going to be a challenge, but I have come to the conclusion it will be necessary for me to lose the weight so that the transplant people will give me the new kidney I need. Part of the reason I waited until the last minute to say anything was that I didn't want to engage in debate about my decision. Pray/think well of me y;all. Thank you.
