Feeling better!
So of course my fever (101.4 when I left for the doctor at 10:40 this morning) broke while waiting at the doctor's office. By the time a med student got to me at 12:20 or so, my temperature was normal. I'm not complaining of course, I just felt a little silly. Given the duration, it was probably viral... my lungs sound clear and there's no pus or anything on my throat (though it is really raw). The cough should clear up as my abraded/abused throat heals... in the meantime, I got a prescription cough suppressant to help with that.
I'm still really fatigued but I just got the first food of the day (yay!) and am about to hit the sack for a nap (yay!).
Should be feeling normal soon.
