This was a lovely weekend so far.
Friday: I worked in the morning, met Troy at the library (2 doors down from my office) where he had brought them to storytime, he went to work and I stayed with the kids, back to the office to say "hi" to my mom and Mark (a.k.a. to the kids: Mr. Cooper). Then home to make a pit stop before driving to Adoption Associates to pick up our completed homestudy. It felt good to have that major step done with. We were home by 1pm, and I spent most of the day cleaning, reading, giving the kids baths, etc...
Saturday: I gave plasma in the morning, went to church, we left church after the 1st service because we had a full day. I stopped by Toys R Us, Save A Lot, Meijer, & Kent Novelty to get stuff for Caleb's party later on Saturday. After I got home Troy & I got our USCIS paperwork all together and I went to the Post Office and overnighted it. Yeah! That was our orphan immigration "application" request, for lack of a better way to explain it. So, 2-3 months from now we may have an approval on that.
At 4pm, Caleb had a birthday party. He was very excited. 18 kids were here (I fixed it now, my mom pointed out I forgot poor baby Lauren!), including my own.: David, Emily, James, Suzy, Justin, Julia, Alyssa, Aubrey, Allena, Nevaeh, Payton, Joey, Jenna, Lauren & Isaac. Plus my 3. Eek! Lots of adults, too, but I can't count, so I give up! The kids had a blast jumping on the trampoline, playing in the yard, and playing video games. We had hot dogs, cake, ice cream. Caleb opened lots of cool, cool presents.

Caleb loves to flip and jump and twist and turn. He's a great jumper.

This is why we have the enclosure around the tramp!
We had some cousins spend the night, there were the girls: Jenna (5), Suzy (almost 5), Julia (5), and my Rachel (4.5) and the boys: David (12), Justin (9), James (7), and my Caleb (6). The girls went to bed very, very good and the boys were good in a boy way. Everyone was all asleep by 11:45, but if David was right, he says he stayed up 'til 5am, but I heard nothing! He fell asleep during the day today, so I'm guessing he wasn't too far off in his late night unsleepiness.
Sunday: This morning they all woke up bright and early about 7:30, though Rachel & Sam slept in a little later. It was a good morning, more video games and trampoline. Everyone was still getting along. Amazing.
Around noon we went to my parents' house for brunch. There were 15 kids there (all the grandkids) and all my siblings were there. Not all the spouses-in-laws, though. We celebrated my niece's (Aubrey) birthday, had a jelly bean egg hunt outside (too fun), and just had a great time. Here's some pics:

Where the big kids are, the little kids are not far away!
So, a good day. Later in the afternoon all had gone home, our kids where pooped, and we are ready to settle down and watch a movie. The kids are in bed (well, Sam is on his way) and we've had a great weekend. Troy is on spring break this week, so there's no schoolwork to be done and we have a free Tuesday night! Yahoo!
