The day after my last entry I had a huge urge to type up what a terrible night I'd had in light of the week before.  Let's just say I was very drunk and unhappy and passed out like a rockstar on my driveway where Al found me an hour later and brought me inside.

Things have been much better since then.  I finished the semester with decent grades (though a B in musical theatre was a bit absurd for reasons I don't really feel much like going into).  A B in Meisner is excellent seeing as I was expecting another C (though I'm almost positive it's still the lowest grade in the class.. oh well).  I got a C in dance, though I should probably have failed and Tommi was extra nice to me for some reason.  Otherwise, all A's.

Home for a week in Asheville.  I saw Caitlin for the first time in almost a year.  Hung out much with Evan and made a sweet new video (still in the post-production phase).  I also had dinner with Rachel, which I was a little nervous about, but turned out to be possibly the best thing I could have done while I was home.  The girl talks sense (even if she can't follow her own advice, I still worry about her even without talking to her much).

Back in Greenville, I have started summer classes.  Or rather: I have started summer class.  I have ballet every week morning from 8-9:30 and it is such a relaxing class.  I love it.  I've been helping Claire move into her new apartement and working through Mario All-Stars with Al and Tolbert on the SNES.
I've been driving to Durham for the past few nights for a children's hospital fundraiser in which I am singing back up vocals with a choir for Norm Lewis.  Jeff Foxworthy will also be performing and I'll get to chill with him for a few days.
Rehearsals have been aggravating.  One of the directors is grouchy and self-absorbed and a nightmare to work with.  Today was not as bad as some because we all met Mr. Norm Lewis and he is one of the nicest people I have ever met.  He is very personable and friendly.  He really wants to make sure that everyone gets a part to play.  By the end of the rehearsal I was joking with him and having a lot of fun.  The man also has an incredible voice that makes me want to cry.

I've been job hunting like mad, and I think I have a job at Panara Bread, but it's not quite for sure yet (they were supposed to call me today, so I'll be stopping by tomorrow I'm sure).  However, I'm not sure if I'll be able to take the job now, as...

John Shearin called me today to offer me a role in West Side Story this summer!!!

Depending on how rehearsal schedules are and what Panara work shifts are like, I'm really hoping to be able to do both, but that should all become clearer to me soon.  The show begins rehearsals on June 8th.  I'll have 3.3 weeks of rehearsal and get paid a little more than $600 for the whole thing.  I will be a Jet (a character John told me he'd cut originally, but would now like to add back in), and there will be lots of dancing involved!
I was with Al and Claire when I got the call and pretty much freaked out when I got off the phone.

I am slowly but surely developing a new wordrobe, thanks in part to shopping a lot with Claire.  I blame my new medication for this outlandishly girlish behavior.  I am now on Strettera, which helps me focus, but also makes me tired and a little sickish, which is kind of counter-productive.  I'm hoping to get my prescription changed to adderall within the month.

Tomorrow I need to get a haircut, clean up some downstairs and then I will be back off to Durham for most of my weekend!

Goodnight all!
