I have never written a movie review in my journal, ever. Then again, I've never been moved by a movie as I have by this one. If you have not seen it, GO SEE IT TONIGHT.

This movie will pull you way out of your comfort zone from the very beginning of the movie and keep you there until the end. The movie deals with the issue that has plagued this country from day one: racism. The story follows a set of characters who dont know eachother, never get to know eachother, and yet somehow are all intertwined in this thing we call life.

What this movie does well is represent the emotions felt by each and every character it covers and allows the watcher to really feel what the character is feeling and see things from the point of view of that character. You may not agree with the actions taken by each person; you may also not be able to disagree with their decision making processes either.

What this movie does not do well is give background for each of the characters. Regardless of this fact, you still understand where each person comes from (from their dress and attitude) and can make inferences about their past and some of the issues they have been through. The movie gives you just enough information for you to make your own decisions about each person.

Again, if you have not seen this movie, DO IT. It will make you think, it will make you cry, it will make you evaluate your life as it stands right now. It will change your life because you never know when you will need to help, or receive help from someone around you. Go see it...
