Another post about forgiveness
This is dedicated to the randomness of the internet.
K, here we go. back in 05, I meet a girl through a dating site. we talked
for about a month, then I went to visit her, in Clovis. We had a good dinner, she
took me to see Serenity, we went back to her place and played Everquest for a couple
hours, then went to bed. Woke up the next morning, had sex, then went for breakfast.
I was supposed to stay for two days, but after getting back to her place, I dunno why
I said that I needed to go buy some smokes, left, and drove back to Albuquerque, and
promptly began to ignore any attempt for her to contact me. A couple years go
by, and I finally pulled my head out of my ass. Not saying I was in love or anything,
but that was one of the most asshole moves I ever made. When I finally pulled my head
out, I regreted that I had done that.
Since then, I have tried to figure out a way to, if nothing else get in contact, and
apologies. Since it had been years, every method of contact, was no longer valid.
Then last night, facebook had a friend suggestion for me. I had to research it
abit, but it was indeed her. Just spent the last two hours reconnecting with her.
Like I said before, I still haven't forgiven myself for what I did, but she has
forgiven me. I look forward to talking with her again.
