I may need to skip the slumbering part, unless a) the cough calms down or b) you *like* being kept awake. Cough supressent does seem to help.

I definitely wanna see you, whatever ends up happening. I've been looking forward to this all week! (And I should be long past any contagiousness, since I started having symptoms the same day you lost your voice.)

maybe we could do dinner at dillitante on me (they have soups too) and do the other stuff next week sometime? i'm pretty exhausted and i also want to see you, so that'd work for me :> lmk if something else sounds better. i'm going to leave work pretty soon and i'm not sure if i should nap a few hours first or just do zee dillitante and then go be slothful the rest of the night :)

I shouldn't have been contagious on Wednesday. I was already getting over it by then -- the Xmas fire adventure with its accompanying sleep dep, and the fact that I ate pretty much nothing but sugar for a day and a half seems to have helped create a relapse.

Oh, you should know I'm always good for some sympathy. :)

However, I am ALSO guaranteed to wear a bunny suit at the first sign of contagion... I SO do not need an addition to the semi-permanent crud I have this winter.

This does not, mind, detract from the sympathy. Just call it "tough love", eh?
