Movies
I don't want to bring up whats been going on because its been grim with a hint of light but going to the movies with the family has help.
On Wednesday I saw The Hobbit: BOTFA with my mom, husband and sister.
It was good. To be expected. My love of Legolas has been usurped by his hot Daddy.
I walked out shipping him and Tauriel for some odd reason.
Today I saw Night at the Museum 3 and Annie.
Night at the Museum
OMG. Just go see it. I don't care. Go see it. Its the best movies I've seen. It wraps up the movies so well and almost everyone is back (only Larry's son's original actor isn't back). The media hasn't really leaked the subplot and its wonderful. Plus all the POC characters and the cameos and just...I wanna see it again.
Annie
I honestly don't remember much about Annie except the main plot which hasn't changed. They did tweak and update but this day and age, you have to. I liked it. It was cute. I just wish they hadn't autotuned Jamie Foxx so much because he's got the best voice ever and yet they won't leave it alone. I did like the cast and the adjustments. I'm glad I saw it after NATM3 because I just cried through the second half of that movie (with good reason other than the loss of Robin Williams and Mickey Rooney.)
But if I were to pick out of these three, go see Night at the Museum. It wraps of the movies so well.
