I think I'm starting to get good at this stuff.

So I managed to run an 8 minute and 31 second mile today, a full 16 seconds faster than Saturday. However, I cramped up after running for only 18 minutes and had to stop :( As punishment for not making my full 25 minute run, I forced myself to do more weight lifting. Instead of doing 30 reps with most of the weights, I did 50. We'll see how I feel tomorrow. I Hope I can do better with my running on Wednesday.
