Aaaalllllllrighty-then!
So, today started the stupid amount of medical tests i'm being put through yet again.
Saturday-ish, a large blood clot appeared inside my left eye. It didn't hurt or anything, it was just there. When I went back to work yesterday from my vacation, is when the eye started to bother me. So I thought, hey why not ask the doctor what she thinks? So I end up have to go in. I explain that I've been having headaches quite frequently, and that the left eye just keeps watering. So, she gives me two names and sends me on my merry way. (Gave me referalls and threatened me with a shot or two if I didn't go.. XD)
So here we are. I had an appointment this afternoon with an optometrist. Went through a few normal tests there, and lo and behold.... I have an astigmatism in BOTH eyes. It's Why I never really thought I needed glasses, they kept compansating for each other.. weird! So now, I have precription, and I'll be join the ranks of people who wear glasses! The doc thinks that this should help with my headaches. I hope so!
Tomorrow I have an appointment with a neurologist to rule out any other issues that might be causing my headaches.
