If you say you're a Democrat...

...but if Hillary Clinton isn't nominated, you'll vote for McCain, you're not a Democrat.

If you're so much more concerned with being spiteful because your candidate doesn't win that you'd consider voting for a candidate who would appoint judges to the Supreme Court who would abolish a woman's right to choose, you're not a feminist, either.

I understand there are a lot of pissed off Hillary Clinton supporters at the moment.  But if, after they've had time to think about everything and realize what's at stake in the general election they still say they'll vote for McCain instead of Obama, they're nothing but petulant children who would, as my grandmother would say, "cut off your nose to spite your face."

Maybe I'm old school, but I think when you break the rules and get punished for it, you shouldn't be allowed to get out of that punishment just because someone thinks you're special.  That's basically what this is about, not "counting every vote."  We don't "count every vote" because they weren't valid votes by the rules.  Therefore whatever votes are allowed are only allowed under the legal rules.  You don't get to ignore the rules just because it would help your candidate win when they're not winning by the rules they agreed to when they started.

Just saying.  I'm pretty pissed right now.
