Everything's gonna be okay
So within a weeks time, all of my room mates have decided to move out. If this were a normal leasing situation I would be in a bad position right now, but since I'm renting from my friends family, I'm not out of a place to live.
To be quite honest, I'm really excited about the situation. The house isn't perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but it's far from terrible. It's in the absolute best location in the whole New Orleans area, and it's not a small apartment.
My only concern at this point is finding another room mate before the landlord gets some random person off craigs list. I've got one of my friends to agree to moving in already (lucked out there), and now I'm hoping I can talk Clint or someone else into moving in. If they end up getting some random person and they end up totally sucking, it just means I'm gonna have to move out too.
I don't ask for much, just please god find me a clean, agreeable human being to move in to this house.
