Trampled by Turtles
Trampled by Turtles are a four piece, original, non-traditional bluegrass band out of Duluth, MN. They were just voted best Bluegrass band at this years Minnesota Music Awards. I've seen them play a couple times and they are a helluva lot of fun and they draw a pretty darn good crowd. I am encouraging everyone I know to come out and see them at The Cabooze this Friday night, November 4th. I don't know who will show up but I will definitely be there and I would love to see some friends. My brother-on-law is the bass player for Accident Clearinghouse. They will be playing an opening set along with Brendan Flynn.
Doors open at 8:30, show starts at 9:30 with tickets being $8 in advance and $10 at the door. I pick up tickets either at Electric Fetus or at the Joint bar (next to the Cabooze) but I'm sure there are other places as well.
