Reading all the entries from Go-Far and I really miss talking to people and finding out their stories. I think that's one of the things I loved when I was at TNP. From finding out unnecessary funfacts about celebrities (because I'm that kaypoh) or finding out how families deal with tragedies. Those stories were not page one material, but I really love just probing and being all kaypoh la.
Makes me a little... bitter that I got rejected because I could have been the one talking to all those people and learning how their lives have changed since the tsunami.
But I guess this makes me more excited for FYP (even if we're still lost and idea-less but I'm optimistic) and sojourn as well. Getting to go to North Korea would be a dream, really. But knowing how many people are going to apply, I seriously have my doubts as to whether I will be one of the 12 chosen. I've never been in the top anything. Just always been drifting by...
