Another screening from the BFI London Film Festival. It stars Eva Green and Matt Smith. Yes, that Matt Smith. Some nice performances but this film is WEIRD. Very weird. It attempts to discuss the concept of cloning. A woman (Eva Green) gives birth to a clone of the deceased man she fell in love with. The boy grows up... now what? It gave you something to talk about afterwards that is for sure, I just wasn't sure other than what the point of the film was. It wasn't a romance film exactly, and it wasn't classic sci fi either. Oh, and Hot Fuzz fans, Ralph is played by Peter Wight aka the barman in The Crown at Sandford "We got red. Or, white." That took me out of the movie for a second or two ;)
